Technical information
and terms of use.
Product data, technology descriptions and calculation results relate to specific conditions. Below we explain how to use this information when planning work.
Using the website and tools
The website is operated by ResinBau sp. z o.o., ul. Frezerów 3, 20-209 Lublin, Tax ID 9462710841, KRS 0000927939. Full operator details. Content, calculators and file generation are provided free of charge, without an account. Use begins by opening the website or a selected function and can be ended by closing it. The website does not process orders or payments.
You need a device with an up-to-date browser and an internet connection to load the website. Interactive tools require JavaScript, and downloaded files require PDF support. Calculations are prepared on your device; saving or printing a result requires the appropriate browser function. Do not enter customers' or contractors' personal data into calculators.
Use the website lawfully. Do not provide unlawful content or interfere with its operation. Keep your browser and operating system updated; before opening a link, check the address of the website it leads to.
You can report malfunctions or irregularities to info@resinbau.eu. Provide the page address, a description of the situation and, where necessary, the technical inputs and browser type. We review the report after checking the described function and send a response to the supplied contact address; if clarification is needed, we ask for further information. Do not send third-party data that is unnecessary to explain the problem.
Product documentation and test conditions
Read parameters together with the product and component designation, unit, method, temperature, formulation and other conditions stated in the current technical data sheet. Do not transfer data between products or variants without confirming applicability.
Where documentation describes a laboratory result, it applies to the stated test conditions. It is not an independent prediction of material behaviour on site. For example, free-rise foaming does not determine injection reach, and specimen elongation does not determine the permissible movement of a repaired joint. Declared, typical, indicative and calculated values retain the meaning assigned in the relevant document.
The safety data sheet contains hazard and safe-handling information. Use the version appropriate to the product and its components. Read CE marking, referenced declarations and standards only within the scope of the product and application they cover.
Selection for site conditions
Before work, assess the damage cause, substrate construction and condition, water, temperature, structural movement and access to the repair zone. Selection covers material, preparation and delivery, equipment, geometry, work sequence and acceptance criteria. Where needed, prepare a design or installation solution with a suitably qualified person.
Plan a method trial appropriate to the risk and task conditions. The trial result applies to the location, material and conditions in which it was performed; review previous findings if these change.
Calculators, schedules and printouts
Calculators use entered data and stated assumptions. Check dimensions, units, material variant, ratios, densities, allowances and rounding. Geometric results do not automatically include unidentified voids, losses, expansion or other effects excluded from the model.
The result and generated PDF or printout document the assumed calculation. They are not a repair design, confirmation of bearing capacity or guarantee of consumption or effectiveness. Cost schedules are based on entered rates and scope; generating one does not itself constitute a quotation for carrying out work.
Descriptions, diagrams and case studies
Knowledge content supports problem assessment and technology selection. Diagrams simplify geometry, and examples and case studies refer to the described structures, conditions and observation periods. Applying a solution to another structure requires reassessment.
Execution control and outcome assessment
During work, observe the substrate, pressure, flow, material quantity and distribution, and any movement. A single reading, stopped leakage or material appearing at a control port does not prove that every void has been filled. Set inspection methods, acceptance criteria and any need for further observation for the specific task.
Clarifying discrepancies
If website content, calculator results and product documentation raise doubts, check their versions and applicable conditions, and contact ResinBau before using the disputed parameter.
