Polyurethane
Flexible sealing of damp cracks and joints; the reaction requires water.
flexible sealing · leak reduction · construction joint sealing · sewer joint sealing · expansion joint sealing · penetration sealing · barrier against capillary rising damp · structural sealing injection · sealing through injection hoses · curtain injection · water barrier in soil
- System
- Single-component resin; in the 2K option the second line supplies water
- Delivery
- 1K pump or 2K pump with a separate water line
Selection conditions
Water: Requires contact with water; a dry crack requires planned water delivery.
Material behaviour: Specimen elongation of 33.3% is not a permissible expansion joint movement.

Polyurethane
Flexible sealing of dry, damp and wet cracks; reaction between two PU components.
flexible sealing · sealing through injection hoses · barrier against capillary rising damp · structural sealing injection · construction joint sealing · penetration sealing
- System
- Two components A + B
- Delivery
- 1K pump after mixing, or 2K pump
Selection conditions
Water: The A + B reaction does not require water; slight foaming is possible in its presence. Assess active inflow separately.
Material behaviour: Flexible sealing; the movement range requires selection.

Acrylic
Gel for flexible crack sealing and curtain injection; the Polymer option also covers expansion joints, interfaces and injection hoses.
flexible sealing · curtain injection · sealing through injection hoses · barrier against capillary rising damp · structural sealing injection · ground stabilisation · construction joint sealing · penetration sealing · expansion joint sealing · water barrier in soil
- System
- A1 + A2 and B1 + B2; B1 = specified Polymer or water
- Delivery
- Stainless steel 2K pump (standard); 1K option with extended reaction time and separate selection
Selection conditions
Water: Water or Polymer option; account for hydration, drying and washout after curing.
Material behaviour: Flexible gel; movement capacity must be selected for the joint and does not follow from specimen elongation.
