Technical data

Resin parameters must be read together with the test conditions. Foaming in a test does not determine consumption on site.

The foaming value and reaction times were measured with 10% added water at 23°C. This describes the laboratory test, not a recipe for preparing the pump tank. Reaction times are not the working time of resin in the system.

Applications and method selection

Assess the water path, void geometry and conditions in which the seal will perform.

01

Cracks and voids containing water

Filling and sealing in concrete, reinforced concrete and masonry structures. Water in the injection zone initiates the reaction. For a dry gap, first select a way to provide the required reaction conditions or choose another material.

02

Controlling an active leak

Foaming helps limit water ingress and prepare the zone for further sealing. Injection depends on water flow and the ability to retain the material in the space being repaired.

03

Standalone sealing or a second stage

EasyInject may be sufficient under appropriately selected conditions, with confined expansion and good filling of the space. For greater sealing reliability, we recommend considering a second stage: CrackFlex or ResinBau AcrylGel + Polymer, taking account of geometry, water presence and joint movement.

04

Capillary barrier and masonry saturation — conditional selection

EasyInject may be considered for a capillary barrier and sealing impregnation of masonry following individual selection and a trial. Confirm distribution, filling continuity, water access for the reaction and confined expansion. Selection depends on masonry structure and moisture; check watertightness after injection. Foaming alone does not confirm interruption of capillary transport. A stand-alone effect requires good filling and compaction; for greater assurance, consider a second stage: CrackFlex or ResinBau AcrylGel + Polymer.

05

Sealing through hoses — conditional selection

EasyInject may be considered for sealing through injection hoses after confirming compatibility with the specific hose system, its patency and the time needed for material distribution. Selection and trials must control water access, confined expansion and complete zone filling. This application does not declare that the hose can be reinjected. A stand-alone effect requires good filling and compaction; for greater assurance, consider a second stage: CrackFlex or ResinBau AcrylGel + Polymer.

Stopping a leak is an assessment stage.

The decision to complete the repair requires a watertightness check under site conditions. Consider joint movement, possible drying and open escape paths for the material when selecting the overall method.

METHOD

Material delivery and observation

The packer injects resin into the gap. Successive accessible points allow its passage through the structure to be tracked.

Illustration of the principle of delivery and observation. Visible outflow confirms a connection between points; it does not show all the filling inside the structure.

Preparation and application

Product for professional use. Details of the work are defined by the technical instructions and the method selected for the structure.

  1. Assess and prepare the repair zone

Remove loose elements and contaminants. Drill and clean holes, install packers and prepare a surface closure for the crack in accordance with the selected method.

  2. Prepare the resin and 1K pump

Homogenise the resin with a low-speed mixer. Deliver it through a single material circuit. Contact with water should occur in the reaction zone; protect the resin supply and tank from moisture.

  3. Inject gradually and observe passage

For a vertical crack, start at the lowest point. Increase pressure gradually, taking account of flow, the quantity injected and outflows at observation points.

  4. Check the result and clean the system

Assess watertightness and whether another stage is needed. Plan pump cleaning according to the resin and equipment instructions; avoid leaving material in the system during pauses.
