Filling voids and loosened zones
Select injection points for the assessed spaces. Expansion and confinement of foam growth must be assessed under the conditions of the task.
SOIL AND FOUNDATIONS
Two-component PU foam for soil stabilisation, void filling and controlled levelling and lifting of structures.

Liquid component density and foam density refer to different material states. Confinement of expansion, temperature and ground conditions change the result. Do not calculate the required resin quantity from free-rise foam density alone.
First establish the repair objective, substrate condition, presence of water and joint movement.
Select injection points for the assessed spaces. Expansion and confinement of foam growth must be assessed under the conditions of the task.
Verify that distribution covers the required soil zone. A material result does not automatically confirm ground parameters.
The application described in the TDS requires planned stages, displacement monitoring and stop criteria. Do not derive the lifting increment from the declared expansion.
The TDS provides for sewer joint sealing. Assess leakage, surrounding voids and water inflow; select the delivery location and expansion confinement. Check the foam's effect on the pipe in a trial, monitoring movement and joint watertightness.
GeoPolymer.55 may be considered for a water barrier after individual selection for the soil and void zone. A trial must confirm filling continuity and watertightness. Control expansion, material migration and effects on the structure; assess water flow and the ability to retain material in the zone. The foam's own water resistance does not confirm barrier watertightness.
Selection requires assessment of soil, water, voids and loads. Resin specimen parameters are not the capacity of the strengthened soil. Confirm injection extent, quantity and effect through a trial and the adopted monitoring programme; a pressure increase alone does not confirm completion.
A + B reaction; verify water effects and actual foam structure in a trial. Lifting only with movement monitoring; not a flexible expansion joint filling.

Work sequence after assessing the structure and selecting the method. Full requirements are given in the product instructions.
Establish soil layers, voids, water and adjacent elements. Plan injection points, sequence and stop criteria. Monitor structural displacement during lifting.
Before application, bring both components to +10 to +30°C. Connect separate circuits to the 2K pump, check the 1:1 volume ratio and operation of the mixing head.
Start with a trial section. Record quantity, pressure, flow and the response of the structure. Select settings for the soil and objective; do not derive pressure from material strength.
Compare the result with the task criteria. Flush and maintain the system according to the product and equipment instructions; the A + B reaction starts when they are combined.
Clean the 2K resin system with PI-CLEANER before the material sets, then maintain with PI-SAVER according to the product instructions.
Choose the instructions for your task and calculate material quantities using clearly defined assumptions.
